Our Team

Stephane Thibault – Owner/Operator. Prior to starting Mid-North Recycling and commencing forward, Stephane has been owner and operator of a logging company since 1994 as a sole proprietor and as a partner in a second logging company with Steve for the past 7 years. As the vision of opening a recycling yard has been Stephane?s focus for the past 2-3 years, Stephane has developed a network of connections with many other recycling facilities throughout Ontario. Stephane will be responsible for business development and overall management.

Steve Huppe ? Owner/Operator. Prior to starting Mid-North Recycling, Steve has been owner and operator of a logging company for the past 7 years. Prior to that, Steve worked as a licenced heavy equipment mechanic for 10 years at Placer Dome ? Dome Mine in Timmins, Ontario. Steve?s main focus will be to support the logging aspect of our business with added input to the continued development of our recycling facility. His knowledge of in the mining industry and the connections he?s made will bring great benefits to Mid-North Recycling.

Angela Huppe ? Owner/Office Manager. Prior to starting Mid-North Recycling, Angela has worked as a draftsperson/designer for a synthetic and a steel fabrication company for the past 15 years. She is responsible for most administrative duties including bookkeeping for the recycling company as well as assisting the yard personnel in identifying the different types of alloys for proper separation and value. Angela will be directly involved with Stephane on the day to day business decisions and development.

Our continual growth and success has been achieved with hard work and commitment. We have established many long term relationships in the logging and mining sectors and hope to continue those friendships and connections with Mid-North Recycling.
